Welcome to the Privacy Policy of Ice Group Academy. This document outlines your privacy rights concerning our websites and marketing initiatives. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting or using Ice Group Academy websites.
By completing the questionnaire on the Ice Group Academy website (referred to as the "Site"), I, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (Law No. 2297-VI), provide voluntary and informed consent to Ice Group Academy, located in Lviv, Lviv region, 79000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller"), for the processing of my personal data as specified in the questionnaire. This consent is granted under the conditions outlined below:
Pursuant to the purpose of personal data processing detailed in point 2 of this consent, the scope of my personal data, and the permissions granted to process them, are as follows:
- Basic information about the subject, including full name, gender, full names of children, dates of birth, place of birth, address/location information, postal code, and other voluntary information provided by the subject.
- Contact data and information about activity on the Site, such as email address, phone numbers (work, mobile), IP addresses of devices used by the subject during interactions with Ice Group Academy, device models, browser history, device type, operating system type, computer/mobile browser, "cookies" files, information about actions on the Site, date and time of Site visits (sessions), and data updates and deletions. This includes the use of metrics programs such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, Hotjar, and others.
The Purpose for Which Personal Data Will Be Processed
The processing of personal data serves the following purposes:
1. Consideration of the possibility of entering into a civil law contract between "Ice Group Academy" and the subject of personal data for the provision of sports services. The personal data of the subject will be entered into the database of potential customers of "Ice Group Academy."
2. Establishment of feedback with the subject, including the sending of news, newsletters about events held by "Ice Group Academy" or other legal entities of "Ice Group Academy," and invitations to such events.
3. Processing of IP addresses of devices used to visit the Site, browser history, device type, operating system type, computer/mobile browser, date and time of Site visits (session), update and deletion of data, and information about actions on the Site (including viewing advertisements and using the Site's services). This processing aims to improve the operation of the Site, enhance convenience and efficiency when working with the Site, provide solutions and services that best meet the subject's needs, determine preferences, display advertisements (behavioral advertising), provide targeted information regarding the services of "Ice Group Academy," and deliver targeted advertising based on the subject's preferences/actions on sites using Facebook, Instagram services. Additionally, this processing ensures the technical functionality of the Site.

Protection of your personal data
Your data is stored in a data center in Frankfurt. This is a third party data center (Amazon Web Services) in which "Ice Group Academy" rents services and hosting.
All data is protected by the applicable AWS Data Privacy Policy, which includes but is not limited to:

Rights of the Subject:
Before providing this consent, I acknowledge my rights as provided by Law No. 2297, including the right:
- To be informed about the sources of data collection, the location of personal data, the purpose of processing, and the location or residence of the owner or administrator of personal data. Exceptions are made in cases established by law.
- To receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, including details about third parties to whom my personal data is transferred.
- To access my personal data.
- To receive a response within 30 calendar days from the date of the request, except in cases provided by law, regarding whether my personal data is being processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data.
- To present a justified demand to the owner of personal data to object to the processing of my personal data.
- To submit a justified demand to change or destroy my personal data if it is processed illegally or is inaccurate.
